Not only do we have a famous range of Carbon Fibre propellers, Bolly have also designed and produced the world's best performing injection moulded propellers. We are not the only prop makers to make this claim, but in back to back testing the Bolly is almost always better. Originally launched in 1995 as the Bolly "Clubman Series" props, and easily recognisable from the distinctive fawn colour. The range is undergoing a major upgrade to be known as the Bolly "Pro Glass" propellers.

Developed using CAD (Computer Aided Design), CNC tooling and manufactured using the latest injection moulding materials and techniques.

ProGlass Propellers

At the time of writing (December 2008), we have 12 new sizes in preproduction. Several of these have been in testing since late 2006 to optimise the design, construction and material choices. It has been worth the wait. Limited numbers have been released to lucky customers. Full release is planned for March 2009.

The original 16 Clubman Series dies have been modified to become ProGlass propellers - to be phased in during early 2009 as Clubman Series stock run dry. Throughout 2009 we will be releasing many new products including Electric, Folding and Slow Fly Propellers plus Ducted fans. More details below.

Sold in individual bags of 1, with header card and instructions.

"GAS" Propellers :   For internal combustion engines, and high powered electric.

"Electric" Propellers :  For electric powered "outdoor" style models. Never used with IC engines.

"Clubman Series" Propellers

Our original, and still fine product range is being would down as tooling is converted over to ProGlass production. The Clubman Series propellers can be recognised by the distinctive Fawn colour.

Apart from the colour (ProGlass are black) and packaging - the major difference between the ProGlass and "Clubman Series" is the increase glass fibre content (for extra strength and rigidity).

As stock runs out, the listing below will shrink and future stock will only be available as ProGlass.
